| Position Description: |
Manages day-to-day operations of Call Center and SMMC front desk and staff. Monitors volumes of calls for appropriate staffing as well as co-pays and new patient payments. Ensures competency of staff for phone etiquette, scheduling and verification accuracy, and proper communication to patients including preparation instructions for appointments. Oversees employee rounding, annual reviews, and site visits to all clinic locations (Belle Plaine, Le Sueur, Montgomery, New Prague.) | |

| Position Description: |
Provides leadership and is responsible for the overall operation, direction, financial performance integration and evaluation of the Operating Room, Same Day Surgery, PAR, and Outpatient Clinic. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy to improve the quality of surgical care given to patients. Other responsibilities include assessing, planning implementing and evaluating all aspects of services delivered: ensuring quality programs, patient safety and a high level of customer services. Oversees, develops and mentors a high performing team for all areas of responsibility. | |
| Qualifications: | Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current MN state licensure as a RN, current OR experience, management experience, current ACLS, and preferable CNOR. | |
