Home Health Care
Most of us find comfort in the familiarity of home
the aroma of a home-cooked meal, a favorite recliner, knowing
loved ones are nearby. That's especially true when we're recovering
from surgery, an illness, or an injury. At Queen of Peace
Hospital, we have been offering comprehensive home health
care services since 1984.
Our skilled clinicians and attentive aides support your care with
the latest technology to help assure your comfort. You can
count on us to answer your questions and provide the medical
attention you need to help you return to your full potential
and restore your independence. Providing that followup care
and answering your questions is our trademark... our mission...
our goal.
Each one of us may need home care in our lifetime. Most people
connect with our services through their personal physician
or their hospital following surgery, illness, or injury. Getting
you through the tough times is what we do best. But when your
health requires medical attention, you need to access a hospital
for that special care. That's where Queen of Peace home care
services help you make a smooth transition from hospital to
back home again.
During your recuperation following an illness or injury, our
services can help get you back on your feet. Returning home
to recover is much easier with the help of our skilled nurses
and supportive technology. If you live within the Hospital
service area, anyone you, your physician, a nurse,
or a family member can request home health care services.
