Maintain That January Motivation
Winter workoutsIs your "high-energy" January workout losing a little steam? Around this time of year, our schedules tend to be a little busier, our bodies a little tired and our enthusiasm a little ... lacking.

This February, we encourage members to try something different to keep that January motivation alive. Try this:
  1. Turn your calendar to February.
  2. Write in your short-term goals for the month. Maybe one around the 15th and one on the 28th.
  3. Write something in every day that you will do to help you reach your goals. Maybe it's working out 30 minutes on the treadmill or not having that ice cream before you go to bed.
  4. Continue this for a month or two and you will see results!
28 Days to a Healthier Heart
HeartFebruary may be a month for romance, but it's also a time for you to focus on loving yourself — and your heart. During National Heart Month, we'll help you focus on one small thing that you can do each day to lower your risk of heart disease and improve your quality of life.

Here's a calendar full of goals you can use for yourself or someone else. Share this valentine with your friends and love!
